Join one of the Teams

We’re building teams to anchor and root the Church of I AM and to help it establish sustainability. If you are led by the Holy Spirit to join the efforts to help with this mandate, there are a few teams that you might feel led to serve. The various teams are as follows:

~ Intercessory Prayer Team
~ Launch Team
~ Life Groups
~ Advisory Team

Joining one of the teams is a responsibility and commitment; so make sure you are truly being called to serve and are willing to make the commitment for a specified period of time and give your very best during while serving.

Core Commitments for Team Service

Building ministries is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in something very meaningful and beneficial for the Kingdom of God. It challenges missionaries to grow in the process. Yet, through the efforts of various groups and teams we can accomplish everything we endeavor to do of good. With God All things are possible, and therefore we are more than capable of fulfilling the mandate when we believe. We do nothing in our own power. However, we press forward toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God. As we do so, there are areas which calls for agreement in order to grow the Church of I AM as healthy as possible. Therefore, should you decide to serve, we ask that you stand in accordance with the following.

  1. Be in alignment with the DNA of the Church of I AM, as outlined in the Purpose, Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Principles. – (Amos 3:3).

  2. Serve in unity and speak life into all situations. Being united in mind and thought and speaking well of leadership and one another. – (1 Corinthians 1:10 & Proverbs 18:21).

  3. Walk in Love and demonstrate a Christ-like and God-like attitude. Bearing fruits of the spirit in your character and relationships, as well as honoring others to do the same. – (Ephesians 5:2).

  4. Have honest intentions and integrity for getting involved in one of the teams. Your move to join one of the teams is a decision that is in answer to the call of God for your life in this season and the move of the Holy Spirit. – (Proverbs 11:1-5).

  5. Actively participate in the Church of I AM according to your commitment. Support the activities of the Church of I AM and contribute to its success as reasonably able and according to your word. – (Romans 12:1).

  6. Invite others to participate. Support comes in many forms. Encourage others in your circle to join a team, support financially, attend events, and/or support your endeavor to serve and in turn it helps the overall growth process. – (Zechariah 3:10).

  7. Engage financially. Give whatever you can spare of your finances to help. It is important to give cheerfully and faithfully, as to assist with all facets of the church that you are able. This includes tithing, benevolence fund, as well as continued work across the church planting initiative. – (Proverbs 3:9-10; Luke 6:38).

  8. Make a minimum of a one-year commitment. The building process is very key as we grow in efficiency, strength, and effectiveness. Life and ascension circles are the breath of our ministries coupled with the many useful and relevant programs and events we host. Our service happens within the I AM Network as well as creating partnerships and collaborations external to the Network. Unity is key. While we welcome continued service beyond a one-year commitment, we ask that each team member commit to at least one year of engagement for whichever team they choose to become a part. After that, feel free to continue to serve as you see fit and God leads. – (Galatians 6:9).
